Art Walk is a free monthly city-wide event in downtown Nevada City in June, July, and August.

Nevada City’s thriving arts community comes alive during First Friday Art Walk. Local artisan boutiques, shops, wine tasting rooms and eateries feature local artists at live events throughout the evening. The event showcases both established and emerging artists, creating space for engagement between artist and art lover.

AT WONDER DOCENT:
Join Urban Sketchers Sacramento to sketch the Nevada City Art Walk!

Meet in front of Wonder Docent at 6pm.

Please bring outdoor sketch supplies (hat, sunscreen, water, snacks) - there will also be opportunities to sketch inside of various businesses showing art.

We’ll do a quick intro at 6pm and then disperse and sketch until 7:45pm. We’ll reconvene and do a “throw down” where we share our work and take photos. The event will end at 8pm, but feel free to enjoy the art walk until 9pm!
